Courtney's testimony.. It's absolutely amazing to think the overall change in lifestyle and the progress that has taken place in my life in less than six months. I have had a desire for a fit and healthy lifestyle for as long as I can remember. I stayed very active and tried to eat well-balanced, but always fell short in the knowledge and tools to put it all into action. When I found Burton Nutrition everything changed. It began with the first taste of the Burton Nutrition Whey Protein. The taste and quality of the ingredients far exceeded any I had tried before. In the first week of March 2017 I committed to changing the way I viewed food. For my entire adult life food has controlled so much of my thoughts, actions and attitude about myself. I had struggled with inflammation and unexplained aches for many years. As my nutrition improved my symptoms disappeared allowing me to gain greater success in all areas of my life-family, fitness, attitude and career. I am turning 40 years-old this month and would have never imagined I would feel and look better than I did when I was 20.
