We have officially challenged you to a 90 day commitment of health and fitness. Our philosophy here at Burton Nutrition is to set you up for success and give you the tools to transition to a healthy lifestyle. We want you to be the BEST you, possible. This Challenge is not intended to last just 90 days, we have designed this program to hopefully educate you enough that after 90 days, you will be more readily equipped to apply this information for life!

No matter what your GOALS may be or your experience level..we have a plan for you. We have created a Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced plan that you can easily follow ( see schedule and videos below). This is intended for all skill levels and the opportunity to progress over time at your own pace. We have included 12 videos that our Fitness experts Jon Gustin and Sheree Burton will guide you through. If you did the beginner plan for your first 90 day challenge and you fell good.. we’d like to see you try the intermediate plan your next 90 days and so on. Remember, it usually takes the body a little while for you to see results, this is why we would like you to commit for the 90 day increments. We know this works!
My message to you is that you can achieve the lifestyle and body you desire. It may be scary and not always easy at times but that comes with change. Being clear on what your BEST you is and setting goals will help you stare down your fear and push through to the other side. While on this 90 day journey, just know that I  100% believe that you can and will succeed. When self doubt creeps in, just know that everyone here at Burton Nutrition is behind you. I'll leave you with this..YOUR HEALTH is #1, there are many things we cannot control in life. SIMPLY REPLACE 1 MEAL A DAY OR 2 MEALS A DAY with our DIETICIAN APPROVED MAKE MY SHAKE A MEAL RECIPES.

MEAL PLAN
   On the Create YOUR OWN MEAL PLAN section, we give you the tools necessary to learn what works for you. Not every BODY is the same, so just giving a sample meal plan may work for some but not for all. Some people require more or less calories per day based on factors like; weight, height, size, genetics, activity level etc. All of these should be considered. We recommend using a calorie counting app or calorie calculator that you can GOOGLE. We recommend the FITNESS PAL APP or you can choose another app that you may like. To help educate you on your nutrition, we have designed a way where you can see what foods and calories work for you personally. We structured a plug and play format where you just add in the desired macronutrients (Carb, Protein, Fat) of choice. Also you can choose which calorie goal is best for you (via app or calorie calculator). Let me say that this can take some time. It's not easy to just determine your calorie and macronutrient goal over night..or everybody would do it. It takes a little patience, but if you stick with it...IT WORKS!  Our goal for you is to find what out what works for you...forever. This is not a diet. It's a lifestyle change. We know you can make a change and achieve YOUR goals, if you put your mind to it. We believe in YOU.
    We have provided some other tools to help you as well. The sample meal plans show you a great example of what your meal plan should look like. The shake recipes are to help keep things flavorful and enjoyable. Our GET FIT 10 Commandments are something you should pin on your refrigerator to look at daily. This will remind you of main principles in our lifestyle program. WELCOME! We are so excited to see what your TRANSFORMATION!
